謝謝我的好兄弟 Charles(Pon) 幫我做了翻譯,認真的讀完這段中文翻譯之後,突然間體驗到自己這陣子的獨立,操控以及自我所延伸出來的這些部分,讓自己遺忘了與神or高層心靈的溝通,自 我所延伸出來的這些部分帶給我的是短暫的開心,卻有更多的辛苦與強求. 好久沒有脖子肩膀酸痛了,這幾天沒有幹嘛卻酸痛得不得了.....

願意相信高層心靈,願意相信他可以帶給我的豐盛與喜樂.

Higher Mind is a description of the part of our mind which is creative and is always providing the healing, or answers, to specific situations.
高層心靈是我們心智的一部份，這部份是創意的，而且總是給予我們對於特定目題的療癒或是解答。

It is another way of saying Higher Power, Holy Spirit, Christ Mind, Buddha Mind – or the equivalent in other spiritual or religious metaphors.
有另一種說法是說這是高層的力量、神性、佛性，或是和靈性或者是宗教的比喻。

Through it, people move forward at an accelerated pace because they do not have to do it all themselves, but can rely on a Higher Mind.
藉由它，人們得以一個加速的步調繼續向前因為他們不必凡事親力親為，相反地，只需仰賴高層心靈。

This is one of the most helpful concepts to work with, and, at times, can accomplish overnight what might take months or years.

The Higher Mind works through grace, which allows everything to unfold with ease and efficiency.

One of the hallmarks of the ego is the need for difficulty.
自我的特徵之一就是作苦功。

In this, the ego gets to give itself attention and attempts to prove its goodness, because, in spite of the suffering and difficulty, it is still trying and working hard.
因為在作苦功的過程中，自我可以體驗自己的存在，並證明自己的價值。因為即便是在苦難之中，我仍然在努力著。

Grace is not concerned with getting attention; it simply gets results.

When one accomplishes something through grace, one realises it is not being done by them but through them.

When you have something major to accomplish, grace takes the hard work out of it and accomplishes what is necessary easily.

In the realm of transformation and healing, grace is an extremely powerful tool.

As you start using the grace of your Higher Mind as a way of life, things will begin to move forward with a certain ease and elegance.

More and more, you will give up both control and plans for a fortuitous existence, allowing grace to accomplish everything through you better than you could ever have planned.
